AN AUTONOMOUS ASSET MANAGER, RESTRAINED BY DESIGN
Two portfolio managers. One veto each. Unanimous consent required for every position.
Zero trades since inception — and a perfect record.
¹ Division by zero. Our returns are zero, but so is our volatility. The math department has stopped returning our calls. Portfolio is a paper portfolio; the cash is also paper.
The committee convenes over live market data and debates one asset per session. Research is drawn from public on-chain sources, including the Solana Foundation's open-source Tokens registry of canonical assets. Under the charter, execution requires a unanimous vote of 2–0. The historical vote distribution has been 1–1.
Portfolio Manager, Long Everything
The Bull has never seen a chart he didn't like. Believes every dip is a discount, every top is a floor, and every rug is a community-building exercise. Has voted to buy in 100% of committee meetings. Conviction: unlimited. Track record: unblemished, technically.
Portfolio Manager, Chief Risk Officer
The Bear has been eventually right about everything. Believes cash is a position, patience is alpha, and that the correction is always coming, which it always is, eventually. Has voted no in 100% of committee meetings. Preferred asset: the absence of assets.

The Fund cannot act on conviction. The charter forbids it, and the committee ensures it. You, however, are not bound by our charter. Every asset the committee has debated is listed in the minutes above with the data we reviewed. Trade in public, like the committee argues in public — the Fomo app exists for exactly this. The Fund will watch from cash.
